Well the Christmas season has started and my customers are challenging me to new levels. This customer wanted to dazzle his employees with something different at his Christmas party. So what could be more dazzling than a decorated Christmas tree that you can eat. Needless to say the Christmas tree was a hit.

Wow Beth! That is amazing! How much icing did you use? You are so crafty with the cakes!
This cake took one batch of my homemade butter cream. I am making another one this week and I think I will ice the inner layers as well because I am sure the inside was a little dry.
i think i gained a pound or two just looking at it. that looks great too. it's a shame to eat these works of art.
