So this is my latest and greatest cake. I made this cake for a client celebrating their sons 28th birthday. I love how it turned out. This is the first time I have used fondant for a clients cake and I was happy to find Satin Ice which I must say tastes great. Since I have found a fondant that actually tastes great I hope to be more creative in my cakes.
This is the total display I made. The clapboard is make from a wood board and the tickets are made of fondant. The client was super excited.
