An outdoor wedding reception near the end of July is not one of the most ideal situations for a cake baker to deal with. However, the weather ended up being great and, after much anticipation, the heat and humidity was actually not bad. So here it is: a white wedding cake with rasberry filling and cream cheese icing. I really love the design the bride came up with for the sides, nice, simple and elegant.
