Thanksgiving Day Treat

This dessert was made for a customer of mine whom wanted to impress his dinner guests at Thanksgiving. This desert is called a Pumpkin Ginger Trifle. The guests where very impressed with the dessert and loved the taste along with its light feeling. For those that want to know what is in this trifle the bottom layer is ginger bread, the next level is a pumpkin pie filling, and the white layer is cool whip.
